800 grams potatoes washed and cut in cubes

2 sprigs rosemary
3 clove garlic sliced
1 salt and ground black pepper

Preheat the oven to 200ºC (390ºF). Place the potatoes in a large roasting pan. Add the garlic, rosemary and oil, toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until tender and golden brown.
