bacon and egg cupcakes

Ingredients bacon and egg cupcakes


12 slice bacon
12 slice sausage
1 dozen eggs
1 cup shredded cheese
needed gear
1 cupcake pan
1 cooking spray

how to make bacon and egg cupcakes


preheat oven to 400°F


cook bacon till browned but not crisp.


brown the sausage pattys at the same time.


take a cupcake pan and lightly spray cooking spray on it.


place sausage patties on the bottom of each cupcake cup.


wrap a slice of bacon around the inside of the cupcake cup, around the sausage patty.


take one egg and break it in to a cupcake cup.


place some shredded cheese on each bacon and egg cupcake.


salt and pepper to taste.


place in 400°F oven for 15 mins or until done.


let sit 5 mins before serving.
