Ingredients bak choy and egg soup
2 eggs
1 liter stock
3 clove pounded garlic
1 tbsp oil
4 cup bak choy
1 cherry plum tomato
how to make bak choy and egg soup
in pan with oil saute garlic then add stock bring to a boil
add eggs and break egg yolk and swirl 2 circle only then off heat
once eggs set add bak choy and bring soup to a boil then off heat and serve immediately top tomato
