Ingredients ceviche
50 Limes
1 cup Cilantro
1 each Orange
1 each Onion
1 large Green olives
1 1/2 cup Olive oil
3 Tomato
4 Avocado
2 lb Shrimp
1 lb Scallops
8 each Fish
how to make ceviche
Put lime juice in a large bowl.
Cut fish into cubes then chop onion and add to bowl with lime
Add the scallops to the bowl and cover the bowl and refrigerate for 4 hrs.
Chop the cilantro, dice tomato and add to bowl. Add the rest of the ingredience.
Add all together and serve.
