Ingredients chicken meatloaf


1 kg ground chicken mince
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 large eggs
1/2 cup milk
1/2 an onion grated
1/4 cup mixed vegetables
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 salt and pepper to season
1/4 cup grated cheese

how to make chicken meatloaf


preheat oven to 180'C - 350'F .


soak breadcrumbs in the milk And set aside till needed .


in a large bowl combine the chicken mince , eggs , onions , vegetables , garlic , paprika , salt and pepper , and mix all in well .


shape mince mix into loaf shape to fit loaf tin , now cover the loaf generously in the breadcrumb mix and seal in all the meat . place into loaf tin and sprinkle a very little grated cheese on top and place into the preheated oven for about 1 hour until golden and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese onto the meatloaf and cook for a further 20 minutes on 160'C - 320'F until the cheese melts and is golden and the loaf is cooked through . let rest for 10 minutes . slice , serve and enjoy . :-)
