Ingredients choco vanilla nut cake


Cake
500 grams All purpose flour
6 Eggs
500 grams Powder Sugar
2 tsp chocolate essence
2 tsp vanilla essence
500 grams Butter
3 tsp Baking powder
Icing
6 Eggs
500 grams Icing Sugar
1 tsp Chocolate essence
Decoration
70 grams Cashew
70 grams Almonds
1 Chocolate bar

how to make choco vanilla nut cake


Mix butter and powder sugar.


Mix flour and baking powder in other bowl.


Add eggs to the first mixture. Divide in two portions and add the two essence.


Mix, and slowly add flour to the prepared batter.


Grease the pan. Preheat oven to 180°C.


Bake the two cakes for about 40-45 minutes.


Cut the chocolate cake in half. Put vanilla cake in between. Add some chopped nuts also.


Mix the eggs and icing sugar and essence in other bowl till it gets fluffy and put it on the prepared cake.


Decorate with remaining nuts and some grated chocolate. Enjoy.
