Ingredients cream of crab soup
1 lb crab meat
1/4 tsp celery salt
1 chicken bouillion cube
1 cup boiling water
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 cup butter
1 chopped parsley
3 tbsp flour
how to make cream of crab soup
Disslove bouillion cube in water
Cook onion in butter until tender, blend in flour & seasonings.
Add cream & bouillion gradually.
Stir until thick, stirring constantly.
Add crab meat & heat. Garnish with parsley.
