Ingredients garlic roasted pepper bruchetta
6 medium Tricolor peppers
6 clove Fresh garlic diced
3 tbsp Olive oil
1 Salt
1 Pepper
1 Basil
1 Oregano
how to make garlic roasted pepper bruchetta
Preheat oven to 450
Place whole peppers on a foiled cookie sheet and place in the oven
Cook until slightly charred turning as needed
Remove from oven
Wrap peppers in foil to steam for about 10-15 minutes (usually about cool to touch)
Now your gonna take the roasted peppers and remove the charred skins off and remove the seeds out of the center and take note to SAVE THE JUICE!
Now the pepper is going to break easily so break them up into medium sized pieces
Place all ingredients including the juice into a bowl and toss until evenly coated
