Ingredients ginger honey chicken

12 chicken Wings
1 dash fine chili powder
GINGER HONEY SAUCE/DIPPING
3 tbsp honey
2 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
3 tbsp heinz chili sauce
2 tsp worcheschire sauce
GINGER
1 cup thinly slice ginger or finely juliene
GARNISH
1 cup spring onion

GINGER HONEY SAUCE /DIPPING SAUCE

Put all sauce and ginger (thinly slice or finely juliene )mix well and bring it to a simmer for 1 minute then off heat in a non stick pan and can be use as dipping sauce

BAKED GINGER HONEY CHICKEN

Put all ingredients with chicken and bake it at 200 C for 25 minutes cover top with foil

Uncover foil and baste chicken evenly then top fine chili powder and bake for another 10 minutes

SERVE WITH SPRING ONION
