4 Chicken Breasts
2 cup Italian Bread crumbs
1 cup French Onions (crushed)
1/2 cup Parmesian Cheese
1/2 cup Milk
2 Eggs

how to make homemade baked chicken strips


Take the chicken breasts and cut into smaller fingers. Place each strip of chicken into a ziploc bag and press down using the palm of your hand. Size will depend on personal preference.


Combine italian bread crumbs, french onions already crushed, and parmesan cheese into a bowl. Also, combine milk and eggs together in a seperate bowl. Using a fork, blend the milk and eggs.


Turn oven on to 400. Dredge chicken through the milk and egg mixture. Than remove chicken pieces, one at a time, and move to breading mixture. Cover each piece of chicken wholly. Place breaded chicken on an aluminum foil covered cookie sheet, spaced out.


Place in the oven for 30 min, or until chicken is cooked through. Internal temperature of each chicken strip should reach 165 at least. Now serve and enjoy!
