Ingredients homemade red skinned mashed potatoes
1 1/2 stick butter
1 tbsp basil
2 tbsp garlic and herb seasoning
1 1/2 tbsp garlic powder
6 large red skinned potatoes
how to make homemade red skinned mashed potatoes
cut off any undesired brown spots on potatoes (but leave as much of the skin on as possible)
boil potatoes until soft
place in large bowl and mash with fork
add butter and mix with a mixer on medium until butter is completely mixed in
add rest of seasonings, mix on high for 30 seconds, serve
