Ingredients honey walnut asparagus
1 bunch asparagus; trimmed and cut in half
1/2 cup honey
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 olive oil; as needed
1 salt and white pepper
how to make honey walnut asparagus
Toss asparagus and walnuts with enough oil to cover. Toss with sugar. Toss with honey. Season.
Spray a baking tray with non stick spray or use a silpat. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes or until asparagus is caramelized and tender.
