Ingredients kale soup with chorizo portuguese caldo verde
1 bunch fresh kale thinly shopped
6 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
4 clove garlic
1 chorizo (portuguese sausage )
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 salt to taste
1 liter water
how to make kale soup with chorizo portuguese caldo verde
peel; wash and cut ruefully the potatoes the onion and the garlic
cook in salty water until tender
make a pure (if is too thick add a little more water ) add the kale and the chorizo and cook in medium heat for 30 minutes
serve with the chorizo sliced and spread olive oil on top
