Ingredients low calorie low carb no pasta pasta
1 12 ounce bag of dry brocoli slaw
1 cup tomatoe soup OR 1 can crushed tomatoes
1 clove garlic minced - more or less according to taste
1 onion powder to taste
1 salt and pepper to taste
1 Red pepper to taste
1 whatever spices sound good to you!
3 tbsp parmasean grated - divided

Bring a skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium high heat
add slaw and 1/4 Cup of water. stir occasionally until slaw is slightly softened. about 7 minutes
add soup/tomatoes, garlic, spices and 2T of parm. stir and cook until hot. about 4 minutes
use remaining parm to garnish when serving
