Ingredients low calorie quick creamy chicken noodle soup
2 quart water
1 quart chicken stock
1 chicken bouillon cubes or powder
12 oz package of whole wheat egg noodles
2 cup cooked or canned white chicken
3 can fat free cream of chicken soup
3 cup Sweet corn
1 cup fat free sour cream
1 season to taste

In large kettle, bring water and stock to a boil
add noodles and season to taste. Cook until noodles are done add bouillon cubes or powder now
add chicken, soup, corn and heat through
remove from heat and add sour cream
