Ingredients
4 medium potatoes boiled & cubed
1 cup sour cream
2 hard boiled eggs finely chopped
1 cup shredded cheese
5 strips bacon cooked until crispy
1/2 cup butter melted
3 green onions chopped including green tops

how to make maes baked potato salad

in a large bowl mix potatoes, egg, and sour cream until potatoes are coated

add onion to the mix

add melted butter, bacon, and cheese, mix until well blended

heat in microwave on high for 5 minutes

serve and enjoy

this dish may also be served cold

potato may be peeled or unpeeled
