Ingredients mango honey mustard tilapia


6 tilapia filets
6 oz mango fruit spread or preserves
6 oz honey mustard
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tarragon; minced
2 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 kosher salt
1 sea salt

how to make mango honey mustard tilapia


Season tilapia with onion/garlic powder and black pepper.


In a mixing bowl, combine mustard, mango, sugar, vinegar, and a pinch of kosher salt.


Cover fish with the sauce and bake at 400° for approximately 4-5 minutes or until flesh is opaque and thermometer reads 145°


Finish with a touch of sea salt and tarragon.
