Chicken
1 lb Chicken strips
1/2 cup Sesame seeds
1/4 cup Flour
Sauce
2 Oranges
1/3 cup Honey
1/2 tsp Soy sauce

how to make orange sesame chicken

Add juice of two oranges, the zest of one orange, honey and soy sauce into a saucpan and reduce to a thickened syrup

Set aside

Dredge chicken in flour

Dip in egg mixture

Coat with sesame seeds, shaking off excess

Sear in oil on rangetop in skillet

Top with orange sauce
