Ingredients sarahs goulash


2 lb ground beef.i used 93%lean7%fat
10 clove garlicpeeled n minced
1 large onionchopped.
2 can @10 3/4 oz.tomato soup
1 can 14.5 oz.no salt added diced tomatoes
1 jar 7.3oz.sliced mushroomsdrained
1 tsp onion powder n garlic powder
1 tsp fresh basil n oreganochopped
1 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 packet off splenda
12 oz bag steamfresh frozen corn
14 1/2 oz whole grain elbow macaroni noodlescooked n drained

how to make sarahs goulash


in a large skillet brown beef.once browned add garlic,onion,tomato soup, diced tomatoes, mushrooms,and seasonings.simmer for 30 min.


steam corn in microwave as directed on bag. add to your sauce.


boil noodles as directed on box,drain,don't rinse.


once your sauce is done simmering.transfer noodles to a large mixing bowl.add your sauce to the noodles,and mix well.


serve.garnish with Parmesan cheese, and enjoy.
