Ingredients satay chicken marinade
750 ml milk
4 clove garlic
2 tsp tumeric
1/2 stick lemongrass
1 tsp veg stock powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1/2 each chilli
1 kg chicken thighs (skinless)
1 tsp paprika
how to make satay chicken marinade
cut chicken thighs into 1 inch sized pieces
finely chop lemongrass, garlic and chilli. Combine with the milk, salt and remaining spices. Add the chicken and marinade covered in the fridge for 24hrs
