Ingredients serrano verde
1 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 White onion sliced
3 clove Garlic
10 Serrano Chiles (stemless)
1/2 bunch Cilantro (stemless)
3/4 cup Water
1/2 tsp White Vinegar
1/4 tsp Cumin
1/2 tsp Salt
how to make serrano verde
Heat vegetable oil in pan and gently brown onions.
Flash cook chiles and garlic cloves on hot flat pan, grill or Comal for 1 minute.
Add all ingredients to blender and pulverized.
Refrigerate, then serve.
