Ingredients spaghetti sauce
2 lb ground beef ( i used lean ground beef 93% lean 7% fat)
1 medium onionchopped
3 tsp garlicminced
1 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp marjoramthymeoreganocrushed rosemary
2 tsp sea salt
1 tsp garlic powder
2 can 8 oz. mushroomschopped
2 can 14.5oz.stewed tomatoes
2 can 15 oz.tomato sauce
1 can 12oz.tomato paste
how to make spaghetti sauce
in a large pan brown the beef,onion,and garlic.drain.
add remaining ingredients to the beef,and simmer on low heat for 30 min-1hr.stirring occasionally.
serve over pasta.
