Ingredients squash casserole


2 lb Squash
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Sugar
1 Salt & pepper to taste.
1 Beaten egg
1 cup Ritz crackers (crushed) if need to add more
1/4 cup Onion(minced)

how to make squash casserole


Preheat oven to 400


Cut squash, boil in water until tender.


Drain off water. Place in a large bowl. Mash the squash. Then mix in all ingredients, but ritz crackers. Mix well.


Place in a casserole pan, top with crushed ritz crackers. Bake for 30 minutes 400.
