Ingredients yummy potato rounds

1/2 cup butter
1/2 tbsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 salt to taste
5 potatoes cleaned and cut into 1/2 inch slices
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1/4 cup chopped green onion

how to make yummy potato rounds

preheat oven to 400°F

throw butter in large bowl, microwave till melted, add remaining ingredients to bowl, toss well to evenly coat.

cover large cookie sheet with foil, spray with non stick spray, place potato rounds on cookie sheet, place in oven, cook for about 10 mins or till lightly browned, flip and continue to cook for another 10 to 15 mins, top with shredded cheese and green onions, cook till cheese is melted, enjoy!
